1. At the Customer field, enter the six-character customer ID code associated with the hand prepared invoice you wish to modify.
If you are uncertain of the customer code, see Navigating Net Yield - Selecting a Customer Code ID.
The account balance and invoice date will automatically default into the appropriate fields.
2. In the Invoice Number field, enter the invoice number you assigned to the invoice when you initially created the invoice.
3. Command options will appear:
Select Delete. The hand prepared invoice has now been deleted.
Note: You cannot delete a hand prepared invoice if payment has been applied or if the hand prepared invoice was from a prior year.
